I had a great experience staying at this hotel! The location was definitely one of the best aspects since it was a short walk away from the sanctuary. In addition to that, the hotel was well-maintained and very clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful as well.
Nothing that I didn't like.

I chose Lux Mundi as my elderly mother wished to go to Fatima. This hotel offered accessibility and was small enough for us. I really liked the attentiveness and helpfulness of the staff, eg, we were offered the use of a wheelchair when the staff noticed that my mother was tired and might not be able to walk the distance to a restaurant, also my mother was overheard to say that her coffee was cold, and immediately, without being asked, the staff provided hot coffee. The barman was also particularly helpful. They were all so conscientious about their work.I liked that the price was reasonable for pilgrims who are not always wealthy, given its closeness to the Sanctuary..If it were Knock,Ireland,it would be overprice
we had travelled all day and were tired and were disappointed to find that we could get nothing to eat (at approx 9.00 pm)coffee was cold both days!

Excellent customer service special mention to Corina and Vanessa.
Had dinner at their restaurant Palasius and it took an hour before food had been served. The second time time we had dinner again and it took 45 minutes for a simple meal.

Great location & friendly staff. The hotel is situated in a convenient location, close to the main attraction and it's easy to navigate around. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer service. The rooms are basic but comfortable. Free Wi-Fi is also available for guests to use.
Limited breakfast options & basic amenities. Breakfast was very simple, with limited food choices. The amenities were also basic, with no hot kettle in the room to warm up. The overall cost of the hotel was quite high for the limited amenities offered. Additionally, there were some concerns with cleanliness.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk away from the main pilgrimage site, allowing for easy access to the shrine. Room service was attentive and friendly, and the bathroom was well-maintained with basic toiletries. the breakfast spread was decent, featuring a variety of self-service hot and cold items.
The hotel was lacking in certain amenities expected in its price range, such as a hot water kettle in the room.

Simple, unpretentious and comfortable facilities. Only a few hunfred meters from the Sanctuary of Fatima with good parking. Free Internet access in the lounge was very good. Breakfast was adequate but staff must be careful to replenish the buffet until closing time.
TV reception was very poor in the lounge.
